Where nations clash and rivalries play,
The great behemoths of East and West,
Are locked in a dance, that's put to the test.
A tussle for supremacy, it seems,
A struggle for power, without any dreams,
Of peace, of love, of friendship true,
Only of strength and dominance to accrue.
The winds of change blow hard and fierce,
A tempest brewing, ready to pierce,
The calm and quiet of the global scene,
With a storm that's ominous and mean.
But amidst this chaos, let us not forget,
That the ties that bind, are strong and set,
And as long as we strive for peace and light,
We shall emerge, from this dark and dismal night.
